Route 86 Music offers music lessons for individuals of all ages from 6 to 96! Our music lessons in guitar, bass guitar, or drums are designed to cater to beginners as well as advanced learners, with a focus on fostering a love for music and nurturing talent.

Gár Lambert started Route 86 Music in 2005. He had moved from the Twin Cities in MN in 2004 with his wife and young son and saw a need for guitar and drum lessons in the area. Lessons began in 2004 out of their basement, and the demand grew so quickly that they built a studio/lesson space on to their house and formed a business.

Having been a busy studio drummer and in several bands in the Twin Cities, Gár has taken his expertise and is currently part of several Midwest bands, including several that he founded. (STUDIO ARTISTS)  Gár has continued lessons throughout the years but scaled back in recent years so he could support his children in their many high school and college fine arts activities.
